This backscratcher arrived with a broken tine and the tines were unevenly cut from edge to edge. When I took it out of the shipping box I got a sliver from the handle. It seems the item was cut and shaped but there was not enough sanding done to smooth the rough edges. Where was the quality control from the manufacturer right down to whomever packaged it at Amazon?
