This brush is well-built (up to a point), but compared to my older brush, it doesn't measure up. First of all, this brush is SMALL, the handle is really too short for a good back scrubbing. As for the brush itself; well, if it wasn't attached to a handle it would probably make a good brush for shining shoes. The bristles are too soft and too short, so it can't hold much soap, and they mounted in a cheap looking plastic base which is inserted into the wooden head section. It looks weird and cheap. I'll store this thing if my girlfriend wants to use it, and shop again for the real thing. Amazon should start showing dimensional data for stuf like this.Customer Review: not satisfied with the quality

Quality of the product is hopeless. From the third time I used it all of the fibers went flat and that rendered it not usable after that.
