After some research I decided to try glucomannan in my diet. This is a good source of fiber and when taken before meals really gives you a sense of fullness. There is also new research showing that you can sprinkle it directly on your food for a "fat trapping" effect. It has been used as a diet and health aid in Asia for many years. It is gluten free and you can use it as a natural thickening agent in cooking. Please note that this is a 300g tub not 1000g as the title and picture indicate on the product page. Overall good product, service and price.
