The Grind Guard was exactly as stated in the Amazon ad. The delivery was prompt. the directions were very clear and after two attempts ( water not hot enough the first attempt) I got a good fit and have been wearing the night guard every night. This product is bulky, doesn't fit tight after repeated attemps to improve the fit by following the directions included. I can't sleep from a gagging responce to having it in my mouth. This guard is totally un-usable and I feel like I wasted my money!
