These backscratchers are a good length, and quite sturdy. They're also decently finished on all sides (ie: no splinters. I got a bunch of splinters from the unfinished sides of a wooden backscratcher once). My kids love these for some reason and keep taking them from my office, so I'm buying a second set of 3.

These extra long backscratcher/shoehorns are super handy. They are cut from mature bamboo, and are very strong and sturdy. The extra length makes it even easier to scratch those hard to reach places. Used as a shoehorn, you'll hardly have to bend at all when putting on your shoes. Shoehorns not only save your back, but your shoes as well. I think that we all have at least one pair of shoes with a crushed down heel from always stomping our foot into them without bending over to pull them on the right way. With these shoehorns, your feet will slide into even the snuggest of slip-ons. Bamboo is a fantastic material. Not only is is strong and durable, but since it is technically a type of grass, it is also very easy to grow and harvest in an environmentally responsible manner. We're so confident in these backscratcher/shoehorns that if you manage to break one, we'll send you a free replacement as long as you cover the shipping costs.Massage & Relaxation
