To say this product is thin is an understatement! From the time it was delivered it quickly turned into a water thin substance. It runs all over the place and does not stay on the surface you intend to bleach. Instead it runs onto the biting surface of your teeth and runs down your gums burning the be-junior out of your gums and sensitizing your teeth... and I use MI paste to prevent any sensitivity! There are NO CRYSTALS and that's a total disadvantage. ANY money spent on this item is money wasted!Customer Review: Save your money

This product did nothing. The entire process of using this product was an uncomfortable ordeal and although I used it faithfully, I saw zero positive results.
