I was given some exercise balls a few years ago as a gift but they were too large for my hands. I have arthritis in both hands and needed the exercise but the ones I had made it worse. I thought I'd give another try with a smaller size. These looked nice on my computer and the price was good so I thought I'd give them a try. I'm glad I did.
I ordered them on a Sunday and the seller shipped the same day by USPS. I received them Thursday. The little box is just like the picture and the exercise balls are as pictured too. What the seller doesn't mention is that they have a tiny chime. My big #4 exercise balls have a loud chime but this seems much better to me as it is mildly entertaining and doesn't interfere.
The stainless steel is smooth and slick so the balls roll easily against each other and my hands are getting the exercise I need.
