I'm a semi-retired seasonal assistant ranger for the Oregon State Parks & Recreation Department and I do a lot of grounds keeping as part of my job. We always used another popular litter pickup tool and I was skeptical of this tool when they first appeared. After using these Grapplers for a whole season I am convinced that they are the more superior tool of this type. These things can pick up a 24 oz. half full beverage bottle with ease. (Something the competition can't do.) They are also very durable. If a whole gang of people of all ages use these things all year around to maintain our crowded parks with minimal problems, that really says something. I've ordered one of these for my personal use. Camping etc. They're great for picking up camp and getting hard to reach things out of the back of your pickup. Two thumbs up!
