Despite the description of Pediatric AND Infant stethoscope and despite the product description stating BOTH stethoscopes are...The product is only ONE pediatric stethoscope, not one pediatric and one infant stethoscope as implied. No infant stethoscope is included in this product. The cost of this is ~$20 higher than an individual pediatric scope again suggesting that paying a little more and bundling, you are getting TWO stethoscopes. Please be aware this is only ONE pediatric scope and does NOT include an infant scope.

3M Littmann Classic II Pediatric Stethoscope Two-sided models with traditional bell/diaphragm chestpieces are designed, sized and acoustically precise for children and infants. The Littmann Classic II Pediatric stethoscope features a 1-inch traditional bell combined with a floating diaphragm. The Littmann Classic II Infant stethoscope features a 3/4-inch bell with a floating diaphragm. Both stethoscopes feature a solid stainless steel chestpiece for high acoustic sensitivity. Benefits of 3M Littmann Classic II Pediatric Stethoscope: One-inch traditional bell (pediatric) and 3/4 inch bell (infant) combined with a floating diaphragm. Stainless steel chestpiece.
