Everything arrived as promised and within 2 days, EXCEPT the power chord for power supply. It's fine, I'll use one from the back of an old computer monitor(they are exactly the same type chord). Machines run nice. Good start on needles and tubes. If you are going to get serious with this kit ORDER GOOD INK. Make sure you have your sterilization supplies and you can get green soap, ointment, gloves, etc... at Walgreens or CVS Pharmacy. This is a great start on hardware though. I'd recommend it and I'd buy it again. I DO have backup power supplies on hand and haven't used this one yet. Cheers ;)
