Customer Review: Works fast; excellent for stopping a migraine

This product will open the sinuses within a few minutes and keep them clear for an hour or two. It isn't really appropriate for controlling chronic sinusitis, but it's very helpful for stopping a migraine headache. I use this spray, plus two ibuprofin tablets with some tea or coffee (caffeine increases the painkilling effect of the ibuprofin), and maybe use a massager or hot gel pack on my neck. That is often enough to end the migraine within an hour or so.
I know someone who tried this product, then was astonished to realize that her sinuses had never been really open before. The ability to breathe freely was such a relief that she got into the habit of using the spray every day. Bad idea. Her body became dependent on the spray, to the point where she felt she couldn't breathe very well without it. She had to quit cold turkey, and now she's afraid to use the spray at all, because she might be tempted to use it too often again.
In addition to that "rebound effect," this product can make you jittery for a while. My advice is to use it for a day or two, and then stop! It's very effective for a short period of time.
