How horrible is it that most local pharmacies and department stores in this city do not carry this. They have like 50 other kinds, NO KIDDING!
Sad to say ALL ARE JUNK! Nothing compares to this wonderful nasal spray. The best, you can use it any time, it doesn't shower you with a bunch of side effects like the oxymetazoline hydrochloride nasal sprays. I hate those, they give me a headache and dry my sinuses in a way that leaves me somewhat confused for hours. On top of the fact that oxymetazoline hydrochloride nasal sprays can be harmful to your health.
All major department stores and pharmacies should carry this saline 4 way spray with menthol and eucalyptus. I hope they make it more available for people to buy locally.

I have a deviated sinus and I'm blocked all of the time. The 4 Way Mist works great, the spray cleans and disinfects the sinuses. The menthol and eucalyptol opens them up. I'd like them to be stronger but this would be ok for most people. I also like to tilt my head back and let it run down into my sinuses and throat. I wait a couple minutes and blow my nose. Then I use the spray NasalCrom which keeps my sinuses clear for hours. This stuff is amazing, it's non habit forming, ok to use if you are on other meds or have high blood pressure.

Thank you Amazon for carrying this product because you cannot find it anywhere. I used to get it at my local pharmacy, then [...], now the only place I can find it is here!!! If you have ever used a saline spray - this is the BEST one out there. The flow of the bottle, and the contents with menthol & eucalyptus works like a charm. After suffering with allergies, and nasal polyps for years - finally having nasal surgery to rid myself of the polyps, and regain my sense of smell and taste this is part of my daily routine now. I used to have to use a netti pot daily, now I can easily use this and go!!!!Customer Review: Great stuff!

If you are inclined to use nasal spray then you really should try this stuff. It does a wonderful job if moisturizing your nasal cavity and the back of your throat without feeling totally foreign and invasive. It also clears you out wonderfully because of the menthol and eucalyptol but doesn't have a nasty chemically taste when it goes down the back of your throat.
I consider this stuff necessary when taking a decongestant to offset the dry-out effect.
Buy it here and buy a few bottles at a time because you'll never find it in a local drug store.

If you suffer from sinus/allergy's and asthma..You WANT This Product!!!!I have been using this for years now because I do suffer from cronic sinus & allergy's which caused me to later develope asthma.I tried every other saline on the market that I could get my hands on and Every Single One of them did Nothing but Add to my problems of being stuffed up and hardly being able to breath!!This 1 seriouly is the Very ONLY one to work for me ever.I'm so sincerely grateful to 4way for this product,I truely pray that they never take it off the market.
