Customer Review: Good for heart palpatations

Purchased this product as an alternative to the sleep & depression pills based on very favorable review of the product. After taking this at night it felt like my heart was going to pound through my chest. I chalked this upto my body getting used to the product, so i tried it an additional 3 days and each day was the same. My feeling is that the dosage (mg) might be to high or the product is not effective, but either way will not be purchasing. Will try Jarrow brand 5-htp instead.
