I turn the box around once the pills are taken so I know the day was not missed. The only shortcoming is one of the larger vitamins misshaped one of sections on only one of the days and it doesn't stay closed.
I ignore the "time of day" and just put in what I need so all goes well.
I lay out one holder each morning and put it on the table for the day. It's easy to put in my lunch bag or purse if I'm going out.

Each case held all my pills but the box compartments are small (I had to ignore the time slots so that everything would fit.) Also, each compartment has it's own lid making filling the day's box tedious. I went back to my original my weekly, 4x a day tray from Wal-Mart
