We have ordered this product twice from Amazon and now a third time due to my wife having had gestational diabetes for the last few weeks. The product came quickly and although the box it was shipped in was slightly crushed, the contents inside were just fine.
The product is clean and easy to use. The container the strips are in is easy to open and close and you can quickly see when you are running low.
We have not had a problem with even one strip so far of the over 100 we have ordered, so, that is 100% quality as of this writing.
I am impressed that although the shipping time states a few days we have received both times within two days.
Pretty good if you ask me, especially for the cost of the item being as low as it is. Retail and without a prescription, the strips may cost $60 even at a discount drug store.

I ordered the Accu-Check Aviva Mail Order Test Strips with some trepidation after reading some bad reviews here. I am pleased to announce that my order arrived and all is well -- the expiration date on the strips is 06/2012, or 14 months into the future. The strips passed the Level 1 and Level 2 control solution tests. I will continue to order these strips to supplement my VA prescription (they only allow one strip every 3 days for non-insulin users!). Also, for all of you computer-savy guys out there using Aviva meters who really care about your diabetic control, I recommend you check into Accu-Check 360 software and IR USB cable sold on their website for $35. I am a recently diagnosed Type 1 diabetic and I am learning just how expensive it is to live with this disease, even with health insurance. I've tried a few different glucometers and I have to say that I am most satisfied with the Accu-Chek Aviva. Unfortunately, the strips go for about $50 for a box of 50 at retailers such as Target and Wal-Mart. Thank God for Amazon because I get the exact same product for OVER 50% less the cost of buying it at a store. So in review of the product, it work amazingly well and it's a great price. I recently start to purchase test strips over the internet out of frustration because of the cost when purchase from the drug store with my prescription. From my perspective, so far, it is safe and accurate. Make sure when you get the package that you inspect it to make sure it is not expired. So far I am very pleased and would reccommend trying it out. You cant beat the price.

I ordered two boxes of test strips 3 weeks ago and received them promptly. The expiration date was very important for me, because I was going to send these strips over sea. So I was very upset because the expiration dates were Dec.2010 and Feb.2011 instead of claimed "March 2011 or later". I didn't have enough time to replace them, so I sent them anyway. Today I was pleasantly surprised to have received one box of strips with an expiration date - October 2011 with no extra fee! Thank you very much! I appreciate your fair decision.
