The neoprene braces are much better than the regular whitish ones, as they're comfortable, don't cut into the skin, and seem every bit as stable as the others.
FYI the acebrand web site shows sizes on the others as:
Small 7 in - 8 in
Medium 8.5 in - 10 in
Large 10.25 in - 12 in
Not sure how that translates here, but I see no reason why it wouldn't.
