I bought these softgels as a supplement, and was specifically excited about the ZMA in it because I wanted to improve my muscle recovery time. After 2 weeks of taking 2 a day, I noticed no difference in how i felt or in my soreness. However, whenever I took it, a few hours later I would have a bad taste in my mouth. I stopped taking them because there was no point. I'm giving them 2 stars because they are what they claim to be and delivery of them was prompt, but they didn't do anything noticeable for me.
