small and compact(the size of a condom)and will be owrth more than gold when you need it. the only emergency equiptment that is any good is what you have on you when bad things happen and it's easy to have on you when you need it. not only for personal prodection but the large plastic sheet also allows you to close a torn open cheek that may leek air which a pocket mask will not do, not to mention most people won't be carrying a bulky pocket mast when they need it. buy a box and put one in all your cars, wallets and hand bags. i reccomed opening one up to be familiar with it first.
