I bought this ADC model and a friend of mine bought the prestige model. The prestige has a nicer cuff (satin material), but the hose connection to the pump on the prestige comes loose easily. However, the satin cuff does make for more comfort and is more flexible, allowing one to fold the cuff to see the gage better; where as the ADC model's cuff is very stiff and hard to bend.Customer Review: this bp cuff is not nylon, it contains latex

When I received this product, I was very happy and impressed with it. It is calibrated correctly and works very well, but I received a bp cuff that contains latex, although the description says the product is nylon. I was very upset with this mistake because there's a possibility it could have caused anaphilaxis in a patient with severe latex allergies. This is not just some mistake that can be ignored. This was a very large mistake that could have resulted in severe consequences. Therefore, I gave this item 1 star because this never should have happened.
