This is no miracle pill, but it can definitely aid in weight loss. I used it in tandem with a change in diet and increase exercised, however i noticed that i no longer have cravings for carbs and am generally less hungry. It takes less food to make me full, which is nice as i was a mild overeater. It has increased my energy levels a significant amount, however i have noticed no increased bowl movements so if you are looking for a real colon cleanser this is not for you. I researched all of the ingredients on the bottle and they are all natural herbs with natural health benefits as this company claims they are. I have experienced no negative side affects of this pill and after i reach my goal weight i will reduce dosage from 2 pills to only one in the morning.Customer Review: HEALTH SUPPORT THAT WORKS!

This is a fantastic product that delivers. I started the product about 1 month ago and I have lost 5 lbs to this date. I am 46 and in menopause and have been struggling with an increase in weight, especially around my mid section. Since taking this product my energy levels have increased and I now exercise 5 days a week. I was never a couch potatoe, but I was never as diligent as I am now. The appetite suppressant started working for me in 2 days. I had to increase the colon cleanse portion to get the desired effect for my body. With the ingredients being natural, I have no side effects. I have tried several OTC diet products and none have worked for me. This product receives 5 stars in my book.Customer Review: great stuff

I was not sure about this product since I have tried sooo many other things to loose that stubborn fat that attached itself to my thighs,butt and hips. Even the gym 3 times a week for 2 hours didn't seem to make it budge.So I gave in and bought me some Acai Berry for a bit of extra help. Here is the kicker ppl. It works. I went from 184 pounds to 171 pounds within 2 months with no side affects.Now I can't say if you take this without a diet and some exersice that it will work but you should do that anyway right??!! It didn't give me the energy it promissed ... but here is what it did for me..bowl movements, so be prepaird to GO!! This is an awsome product.Customer Review: Really Works!!!

I take this twice a day, in the morning and later in the day. Not at night because it will keep me up. I have taken this for some weeks now. I fell like I have more energy. It does suppress my appetite and I needed that!!! I am drinking water a lot more now, and I don't feel that need to eat, eat, eat. I eat smaller portions because, I feel fuller and not hungry all the time. Would I buy more: YES!! It does for me exactly what I need it to do. Does it make me go all the time: NO. As a colon cleanser I have to say it is very gentle, and not harsh at all! I have never had a "cleansing" that was not controlled or unexpected, if you know what I mean.
