I bought this item about 2 weeks ago and just started using it 1 week ago. I have yet to see any results. I did get a follow up email from Steve the Founder and told him that I was not seeing any results. He emailed me immediately apologizing for it and sent me free of charge another bottle. He instructed me to take it 3 times a day 30 minutes before each meal. I will start doing so. I will also keep Steve up to date on my progress. I definitely have more energy from taking this product which is a plus. If I don't lose the weight it is OK because I have the energy I was hoping to gain from its use.Customer Review: Doesn't live up to hype

First let me say that I have taken this product for 3 months, which I consider a fair test.
It did make me feel more alert, I have slept more soundly, and have had more regular bowel movements.
My hope was to lose 5 - 7 pounds, which I consider to be a realistic amount. I am not overweight, but wanted to lose those stubborn "baby pounds". Beginning weight was 161, after 3 months on this product... still 161.
If your purpose is to lose a little weight, forget about this product.

Did not lose a single pound I have been using it for 4 months now. No effect on hunger either. However, I can say that it did help cure my constipation problem. Sometimes I go 2-3 times, which is a miracle. I highly recommend it for people who suffer from constipation.Customer Review: ok product so far
