I purchased this product so I could lose a few pounds before my 30 year high school reunion. I trusted that Acai Berry Extreme/Vital Cleanse Colon would help me lose some weight and after just the first week, I wasn't disappointed. This product does what is says it will and all you have to do is let it go to work. In the first few days I had more energy, a decrease in appetite and a desire to eat healthier foods. The combination of the two supplements work together to rid the body of toxins by cleansing your system in a healthy safe way. The first few days I was losing weight that was noticeable and I was able to see a difference in how my body was being cleansed of all the waste that it had been storing. Yes, you will go to the bathroom and that's how you know these products are working! I followed the directions as suggested while keeping to a sensible diet and giving myself 45 minutes of exercise a day. A few months ago I was having trouble walking up and down the stairs and I knew that I had to find something to help me get rid of the excess weight I was carrying around.
