Customer Review: I am very happy and losing weight

I have had to watch what I eat all my life, basically a low carb life, but gradually my weight crept up and I knew I had to lose weight (and my DH too). On June 7, 2010 we started by:
1. downsizing all my plates and bowls
2. swore off all restaurant and "take out" foods
3. cleaned all the carbs (except low carb veggies and berries) out of the kitchen that had crept in over the years.
4. downsized "portions" by getting sliced meats, sliced cheeses, nuts in the shell to snack on, real bacon "bits" to snack on.
5. put everything I was going to eat that day on one plate and each day kept taking things off until I started losing weight. This involves eating pretty much the same thing every day (altho I like what I do eat). After the first 20 lbs I began varying what I ate.
6. pre-record all TV/cable programs so I can zap thru food commercials
7. switched to these probiotics and it appeared that I was losing weight faster (no idea why).
I have now lost 27 lbs in 7 months. I have not been hungry, weak or more susceptible to illness. I am over 60 and frankly dont have to eat much of anything because my metabolism is so low and I hate exercise.
