This device was poorly designed. First and foremost your partner would have to have matchstick legs in order for the thigh strap to fit around and close. In addition there was no adjustment in the strap length between the thigh cuff and either of the other cuffs. I can imagine (and I can only imagine since the small size of the thigh cuff precluded my partner and I from using it) that some people would find it difficult or painful to stretch their arms down and back or their have their knees bent as tightly as required to use this device. I would have to agree with Bob's review from July 26th, this product is not only poorly designed but additionally of the lowest quality. Upon receipt of the product, I immediately noticed the stitching to the cuffs was so loose that they simply dangled exposing the actual thread between the materials (least we not mention the extensive use of cheep foam as padding). This product is of such low quality there is no point in returning it as defective and paying the return shipping fees to obtain a replacement.
