I use this nightly to help me get a full night sleep. I have had some problems waking up with much on my mind very early in the morning. With taking two of these nightly I have been able to sleep until waking time consistently and have been much better off. My doctor told me there are no concerns about long term use. My wife said they make her a little drowsy but I am happy to trade that for a good night sleep. I put them on my Amazon subscription (Subscribe and Save) and receive them at 15% off.
