Bought this after trying a friend's at a house party. It works pretty well and lets you know if you are over the legal limit or not. Other reviews have commented on the time it takes to recycle so that another person can use it. This is true, but for the cost, I thought it was a reasonable accommodation to make. I have only used it a few times (I'm not the partygoer I was when I was younger :-)) but have been very satisfied with it and would recommend it. I gave it 4 stars only because of the 60-90 second delay required for another person to use it.Customer Review: Don't drink and drive without one!

My husband has had 3 DUI's and lost his privilege to drive. Which is a good thing! No one needs people like him driving around. Unfortunately for us, we now have to drive him to work, back home and everywhere else. He is supposed to be alcohol free at all times. He lied to me too many times so I got this to keep him honest. While I have not been able to compare the results of this affordable device with more precise breathalyzers, the results seem to be reasonable. I am satisfied with its performance. Its a lot of fun to bring to parties. But also its valuable to gain an understanding of how alcohol consumption affects blood alcohol level - especially since its different for every individual.Customer Review: simple easy and does what it supposed to do

what better place and event to test this new item then Oktoberfest. I am in the military and stationed in Germany, me and some buddies of mine had a chance to attend the festival in Munich. After roughly 60 seconds of calibration its ready for you to use and it seemed to be accurate but mind you for best results you should wait 20 mins after last drink or smoking before use.Customer Review: Works just fine.

This device does everything it says it does: one button activation, reasonable results, great price. It's an appropriate size and the quality is completely acceptable for this price range. I am also happy that three mouthpieces were provided. I can't really think of any reason to spend 3 or 4 times this much for a device that doesn't have any additional functionality.
