I have been taking Alli for 2 mos. & Have lost 20 lbs.! I have followed the guidelines, but have stepped outside the recommended diet every now & then. I usually eat a no-fat breakfast and maybe a lunch too. Of course, the original bottle has lasted longer...a bonus! I also have a very good dinner & low-fat dessert (Alli website recipes are delicious!). I also have a snack in the evening. The most important part of this program, I feel, is the fact that you must exercise. I started this program having to lose 130 lbs. and feel so much better already! I ride my recumbent bike everyday for 30-45 mins. and lift weights. It's not a difficult program and it's one I've adjusted to quite well. I love this product and will continue to use it!
