This was the very first diet pill I tryed and was very happy with results. It really worked. The only problem i had like many others is the effects. Although I didn't have many negative effects, due to me eating right and following the, I noticed some times when I splurged just a little(popcorn) it had horrible results. Unlike many,I never pooped on my self but it did make me want to use the bathroom really bad or would hurt my tummy if i didn't.
