My dermatologist recommended this, to use on my face while I am on Retin-A. I've been on Retin-A several times in the past, and was always hesitent to use it because it causes my face to become dry and flakey. But I trusted her, and gave it a try.
I use it reguarly, twice a day, along with the Retin-A once every day at night. And only a few times has my skin been flakey, and I've been on Retin-A for four months now! I've been using expensive moisturizers, and this is a bargain. It really works!
