This is the only product I have tried that really moisturizes my hands and feet in the dry desert. It's scent is less than exciting... but just a small amount does the job. I have used this for 3-4 years, but was surprised when my podiatrist actually recommended it for the callouses on my feet. There is a lotion also, which is less expensive, but it's thinner in consistency so more is needed. If they could kill the urea smell (which is what makes this work so well), I'd give it one more star.Customer Review: Some improvement in my KP

I bought this lotion specifically for my upper-arm KP and it seems to have helped somewhat. I have only been using it twice a day for about 2 months now so I probably need to be more patient and I will update this review if I see better results in the future. The bumps are finer and the skin looks more even. I have recently started dry brushing my skin and that seems to be helping too.
Incidentally, I have also been using the lotion on my feet at night and it does make them softer.
A little of this lotion goes a long way so while it is not cheap, it is good value for the money.
