I wanted a product that would help my hair to look shiny and healthy plus help with growing out my hair to a longer length....this product has performed all three.....I place a dime size or a little larger amount of oil to the palm of my hand, then rub my palms together and rub the AMLA oil into my hair...immediately my hair looks shinier and more healthy....a little AMLA oil goes a long way...I do use it everyday. I find that it does not flatten your hair style like some other products that have been used in the past...the oil does have a somewhat heavier sweet smell that lingers for a while, it also has a greenish cast to the oil,however,I do have blond hair and have not noticed that the color of the oil changed my color in anyway. I compared other products with Indian Gooseberry oil as an ingredient and found this product to be more reasonable.
