Customer Review: VERY helpful for foot pain and to keep you cool or warm

I am so glad I got these things! I have an extra bone in my foot and heel spurs that causes pretty bad foot pain at times but these things are great! I keep them in the freezer all the time and the cool is so refreshing and takes my mind of the pain.
The other reason I like these is that whatever temperature my feet are, that's what my body temp feels like. So in the summer, when I feel hot and can't sleep I put these on my feet and they cool me down. In the winter, I put them in the microwave and they make me feel warm.
They also smell really good.
The only cons is that you can't walk in them and at most they hold the temp for about 30-45 minutes.
I would recommend this product.
