I purchased these about a year ago from a shoe store. They seemed like the perfect solution for my sling back high heels that were a little big. They have great adhesive and they are clear so they cant be seen. The problem is after you have them on for a few minutes they make your feet sweaty and the the gel insert is very slippery. I ended up taking them out half way through the day because my shoes were not staying under my feet (not safe in 3 inch heels!). I was disappointed in this purchase. Good idea but the insert should be textured to prevent it from being slippery.
