I just got these and they are da bomb! Well, as much as a pill case can be.
I bought these cases and another Apex product (http://www.amazon.com/Apex-7-Day-Organizer-X-Large-organizer/dp/B000XPYXNM/ref=pd_sim_hpc_2) and compared them -- and these win hands-down largely because they are the size I need.
For many years, I've been jamming all my vitamins into cases the size of the other product above and decided an upgrade was finally in order.
The dimensions cited by JerrytheK are about right: 6.5" wide x 1.5" deep x 1.25" high. Container is slightly rounded on front - the 'bubble'. For my purposes, they hold 4 largish vitamins (like 1000mg fish oil pills), plus a couple smaller ones.
Guessing right size for the pills you take is the hardest part of buying these things - perhaps worth buying a couple different sizes and seeing what fits your needs.
Locking mechanism is secure without being overly difficult to open - does take a bit of thumb pressure to open them. I don't think these are going to pop open during travel like my others often did.
Quality of product is very high. And color is a nice transparent blue or pink that lets you see contents easily.
