I ordered this nitroglycerin case for my father because it's necessary for him to carry nitroglycerin with him at all times. He works outside a lot, and often becomes hot & sweaty, so he needed something that was both heat and water resistant. This little case is perfect for him to stick in his pocket. If I remember correctly, it holds 6 or 7 pills, which is plenty to pack around. It has a great seal around the top, and so far he hasn't had any trouble with the pills turning to powder due to heat like they did in the original bottle.
