The pillow doesn't feel bad or anything, and the quality is fine. At first, I thought it'd do me fine. However, I realized that the pillow's too firm and the arc not significant enough. I personally have a memory-foam topper on my bed, so I really don't need extra lift for my head. With this pillow, the back of your head will be a couple inches higher than your shoulders, which doesn't work out with a soft bed. I'm currently just using one of my down pillows and squashing it up into a cylinder-shape so that it sits under the arc of my neck. It feels much better, and the back of my head is in-line with the rest of my body, not propped up. If you have a firm mattress, you may not need to worry about all this.Customer Review: Good Idea but a pain in the 1 Stars
I ordered this pillow because I suffer from chronic neck pain in the cervical area. With frequent visits to the chiropractor I was hoping this would help limit them. But unfortunately it didn't....the pillow is way to over stuffed and firm its a one size fits all and I am a small person with a long skinny neck. I woke with the most terrible migraine-like headache after half a night of using this pillow. Tried it again later but no difference...its just too high. My Arc 4 Life pillow was just delivered. It came with a short informational pamphlet which led me to their website. I was very upset to see that Arc 4 Life is selling the pillow for $51.95, almost $11 less than on Amazon. If this pillow is as good as the testimonials say, I plan on purchasing a second one for my vacation home. I will definitely buy the second pillow straight from the company. I had to rate the pillow to complete my review but I have not had a chance to try it yet.Customer Review: Not Impressed

This pillow really gave me the worst stiff neck and headache. I am glad it works for some people, but it seems that it is a very expensive lesson to find that it does not work for you!
