We really like this natural lotion. I like that it isn't petroleum based and it is very gentle to sensitive skin. We liked the Aveeno unscented as well but wanted a natural product for our toddler. This worked much better than the California Baby unscented product. It had a weird after-scent.Customer Review: High Quality!

My wife and I are very health-conscious, and do NOT want to expose our baby to the overload of phtalates, parabens, etc. that are so ubiquitous in body care products. This lotion meets the bill! This product contains phenoxyethanol. I looked it up on the Avalon website because the ingredients were not listed on Amazon. For more information about this preservative, go to:[..]. Even though Avalon says it is a natural preservative, it shouldn't be in a product made for babies or anyone. It also contains ethylhexylglycerin which has shown some toxicity to the eyes.
