I have never had this happen with any conditioner. I should mention that I am using it with the Avalon Clarifying Shampoo - maybe they don't mix well. Anyways, I have used hundreds of shampoo/conditioner combinations over my lifetime and I have never actually had such a bad result. My hair is dull and almost greasy looking and I just washed it!
