I ordered 20 bottles of Aveeno Baby Soothing Relief Moisture Cream for my friends. All the bottles are misprint. They looked so old and dirty. I contacted seller, but they reply me with a junk email. They did not say anything about the refund. They even said this is the way to get the discount, however they did not describe anything anout it before I bought it.
1, If they don't have the right product, they should not put the official picture in their store. They did not mention anything about the misprint and the abnormal condition. This is 100% cheating.
2, One bottle is only 50% full. How to explain?
3, Seller said product itself is 100% right. How to trust them? They are liar, I cannot trust them on anything. Nobody is brave enough to use the product on baby.
