For immediate relief of sporadic heartburn this is the best stuff made. Have used it for a few years now. Don't want or need to take heartburn medicine every day, but occassionally I get heartburn really severe and within 10-20 minutes of taking this medication it is gone. Couldn't find it in my local store anymore so searched until I found it online. Good Stuff!!!!
