I need something for this time of year. I found this to be an effective product.
Although my doctor recommended a particular oral medication, when I got to the pharmacy I noticed nasal spray alternatives. I thought, "Why take a medication that passes through the stomach if not absolutely necessary?"
There are several types of Ayr Mist. I read the information on each box in order to determine my specific needs.
I would suggest you try this non-medicated, alcohol-free product before experimenting with anything else. By the way, the price on Amazon is half of what I paid in the store.
