I have tried many solutions, sprays, etc. to help reduce sinus infections from happening and reducing my allergy symptoms. Most are not very effective and a few are down right dangerous like Zicam zinc nasal spray (which can cause you to lose your smell permanently!). When I received a sample of the Ayr sinus rinse, I began using it just to irrigate my nasal passages whenever they felt dry. It did not burn nor sting like other saline solutions or nose sprays. I must say that I believe it has reduced the occurences of sinus infections I would have every year, and therefore keeping me off those dreaded antibiotics which I would have to take for at least ten days while hoping that I would not get a yeast infection from them! Ayr sinus rinse is a winner for me!
