These were really helpful for me. I wasn't so sick that I couldn't keep food down, but I was sick enough that it consumed my every waking thought. I tried these from dr office and they worked great. I was surprised that they continued to work even after I was done sucking. I only wish I had had them for my first two pregnancies. I also thought the green apple was too strong but had trouble with the cherry because I could only find them as lollipops and that is a little tough to take when you have two little ones who want one too. I usually had to cut the stick off to suck on them around my kids. If you are so sick that you are going to end up with a prescription then these may not work, but otherwise you should really try these!
