Since last summer I have had hip problems. Pain. heaviness, dull ache, sometimes almost debilitating other times just annoying. It went to a whole new level of pain a bit over a month ago. Back to my family phyician I went again. Oh, you're OK, keep going, etc.. I wasn't OK. I went to the Physical Therepist I had used after my shoulder surgery. Within two minutes I had my diagnosis. Damaged hip flexor muscles. Hip is fine. You damag4d the muscles then made it continually worse by not rehabing it after the initial injury.
He told me that the injury was deep inside and that Bio-freeze would not be all that efffectived at providing relief. So at teh advise of my family phy I wasted $32. for no reason.
My point, sicn it was not to review Bio-freeze, if you're hurt, find out what is really wrong before you spend money and part of your life doing the wrong thing.
