I love BIOFREEZE ROLL-ON because it is EASY to apply and not messy....It is worth the price and cheaper to buy online than to buy from massotherapists. Biofreeze works VERY WELL on sore muscles all over the body. I use it particularly on my knee joints.. arms.. shoulders and back. I fully reccommend this product for lasting relief from sore muscles.. . arthritis and joints.Customer Review: pretty decent

I love the roller ball version of this stuff because i dont like the smell all over my hands. It works okay. I wouldnt say its a miracle but i also have severe neck and back pain. I love the fact that it tingles pretty strong after a few minutes and it takes my mind off the pain for a short time. I keep one of these in my purse.Customer Review: great product

I was so happy to find this on Amazon and at a good price. This really eases the pain I get from arthritis or muscle aches. I had previously only been able to purchase this at the chiropactor's office. The roll-on is so easy to use and it doesn't have a lingering bad oder.Customer Review: pain free

Biofreeze is a rollon ice pack. As such it provides symptomatic relief to many joint/muscle aches. It is not a permanent solution. The rollon applicator is easy to use. Much easier and quicker than creams.
