I'd say people are very delirious and following media hype of this product with their reviews. The product, when sat in its tube. In a room temperature environment (as it is supposed to do) separates itself into one part sticky clear oil, and another part the white/tan paste. The two ingredients do not work together as a whole entity and makes a mess on your hands and on the baby. I have yet to see it work for a diaper rash, mild or moderate... and it smells to high heaven. I prefer good old fasioned, orange A&D Ointment.... Clears diaper rash up in an hour for good.Customer Review: Burns!

I had been using this paste for my baby for the first years of her life. When she was able to communicate, it broke my heart because she kept saying "ouchy". I tried the paste on different occasions with the same result. I can't believe I used this when she was a helpless baby and it was burning or causing discomfort. Never again!
