I've been working out for years. Mainly with weight training and I've used every kind of protein out there and Syntha-6 has been my overall favorite. The taste out does any other product hands down. I mix it with water and the taste is outstanding. Other proteins have that caulky taste that makes you want to gag when you drink it and the only way to make those taste good is to put some peanut butter, banana, milk, and yogurt just so you can drink it. Which that only adds more sugars, fat ,and carbs to your shake you don't need. With Syntha-6 none of that just water and your good to go. Now as far as seeing a difference in my body after using i can tell a HUGE difference. I usally train about 2hrs aday heavy lifting and drink a shake in the morning and after the gym. I can see bigger results and feel awesome all the time. Syntha-6 even if you dont workout is a great product to supplement a meal or two with. I give this product a soild ten.
