True mass is a pretty good protein product. I've had experience with only muscle milk before this and it seems the performance of the product is very similar. I've been taking this protein for about 4 weeks now 4 times a week twice every time I work out and I've gained about.. 4 pounds.
Just to give some perspective, I'm one of those people that has a hard time gaining weight unless I load up on calories for every meal and snack all day as well as work out with protein shakes. I'm sure other people will have different results.
The protein tastes like chocolate milk in water. It tastes better with soy milk. Make sure to get a good mixer so that there aren't chunks of goop when drinking.
