Description of BTP Deluxe Hinge Knee Support - XX-Large

A 13-inch sleeve with a patellar cut-out, movable horseshoe buttress and a four position extension stop hinge set in a suede pocket. It also includes two 1" and two 2" hook and loop straps above and below the patellar opening for additional stability and support.

The buttress is attached by Velcro and can be moved to the superior, inferior, lateral or medial positions. It can also be trimmed to a crescent for a more customized fit.

Our knee supports are manufactured from DermaDry, a neoprene like material that combines breathability, durability, stretch and compression. This material actually wicks moisture though the brace away from the skin while keeping just the right amount of soothing warmth in the soft muscle tissues. A flame lamination process is used in manufacturing, eliminating the industrial adhesives that other braces use, a known cause of contact dermatitis.
