I can't add a lot to the above raves, I ditto each of them.
However, proceed with caution on diapers: some babies react to enzymes. Just check that before you buy a case :-)
This reminds me a lot of Nature's Miracle; even the fragrance. I've bought that for years at the pet store and used it on everything at home. I'm pleased to find a similar product at the grocery store (or here), for a better price, with better disclosure of ingredients.

I just had my carpets cleaned this week, and when the cleaner saw a bottle of BioKleen Bac-Out on my counter he admitted this is THE BEST cleaner for carpet stains - food, wine or pet accidents. In the laundry, just squirt it on a stain, wait about five minutes and wash as usual. I poured some in a spray bottle to pre-treat laundry stains - I think it's more convenient than the squirt cap.
Plus, it smells great and is earth-friendly.

I've tried many cleaning products (as pet owners tend to do) This product is safe, effective, and reasonably priced. Biokleen has a very clean lime fragrance and is more than adequate when you are dealing with pet stains. I've also tried it on laundry stains and I've been pleasantly surprised with the results. All in all, I would give this product 2 thumbs up and would recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable stain remover.Customer Review: Great product with pets!

No home with pets should be without this product. I've used it for years - from carpet to bamboo floors. Now that I'm trying to house train 2 puppies, I use it all the time! Since I moved, though, it is hard to find, so I have to either drive 2 hours to the city, or order online. This works great to get out blood stains and those very stubborn baby poop stains. You have to soak the stained clothing in it, not just rub some in like most stain pre-treaters, but it has worked great for me. Works best, of course, on stains you get to right away.
